We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, ethnicity etc.) through this website.

Signed membership applications and SEPA mandates are stored encrypted on Terra Humana's German VPS (Hetzner, EU-hosted) and mirrored to Google Drive within the EU. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days; statutory retention obligations (10-year fiscal record) override deletion requests for accounting-relevant data, in such cases, data is restricted (Art. 18 GDPR) rather than erased.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to third countries, we ensure an adequate level of protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) or rely on adequacy decisions where applicable. 6. Your Rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access (Art. 15): Obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy thereof.
  • Rectification (Art. 16): Have inaccurate personal data corrected.
  • Erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction (Art. 18): Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)): Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (Art. 32 GDPR) to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. This includes TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and data minimisation practices. Our website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages with automatic DDoS protection.
