Add your signature and enter 91017930917. That’s all: your tax bill does not change by a cent.

Submit your return as always (CAF, accountant or online). The state transfers the share to Terra Humana.

Does the 5 per mille cost me anything?
No. It is a share of the income tax (IRPEF) you pay anyway. Your signature only chooses the recipient, your tax does not increase by a single euro.
Who can receive the 5 per mille?
Accredited organisations on the official lists. Terra Humana is an ETS foundation registered with RUNTS (no. 148467) and an accredited 5 per mille beneficiary: all it takes is your signature and the fiscal code 91017930917.
What happens if I don’t sign?
Your share stays with the state and is distributed by general criteria. Signing is the only way to decide where it goes.
Can I also sign for the 8 and 2 per mille?
Yes. The 8, 5 and 2 per mille are three independent choices, one does not exclude the others.
I only have a Certificazione Unica (CU) and don’t file a return: can I still participate?
Yes. You can fill in the sheet attached to the CU and hand it in free of charge via a CAF, an intermediary or the Agenzia delle Entrate services.
Does the 5 per mille replace a donation?
No, they are independent, you can do both. Direct donations are additionally tax-deductible under Art. 83 of the Italian Third Sector Code.
When does Terra Humana receive the funds?
The state typically pays out the 5 per mille one to two years after the tax year. That is why every signature counts long-term: it builds the foundation’s future year after year.
