Dominik Ganzer
President & Founder · Legal Representative · Head of Project Eden
Sa Medada, Sardinia
Dominik Ganzer is a visionary, researcher, naturopathic practitioner, and permaculture designer: one who goes ahead: he recognizes change before it becomes visible and prepares the ground on which others can walk. His work is the translation of vision into enduring form: weaving natural medicine, permaculture, and legal and systems expertise into a holistic architecture for living, grounded in the harmony of humanity, nature, and the legal order.
Over the past seven years he has founded or guided numerous non-profit organizations, coaching aspiring founders on the path to their own charitable association or foundation. A licensed naturopathic practitioner, he worked for several years at a specialist center for natural medicine before founding a private research institute, where he researches naturopathic therapeutics as well as self-developed devices and methods to strengthen the resilience, yield, and resistance of plants. He completed his Permaculture Design Course (PDC) with Christoff Schneider, a direct student of Bill Mollison. As an architect of digital systems, he also designs automated workflows for organizations.
At Terra Humana he leads Project Eden and the foundation's research department: the living heart of the foundation at Sa Medada. In Sardinian, the name means “the measure, ” and that is how Dominik understands his task: to take measure from the natural order, so that humanity, nature, and law may find their harmony again. He sees himself as a guardian of the land entrusted to the foundation.
Dominik loves language (its origins, its nuances, its power) and lives and works at Sa Medada, Sardinia, amid the growing food forest of Project Eden.
