Ein Nein von uns ist keine Abwertung — es ist Ehrlichkeit. Wir sagen Nein, wenn Werte nicht zusammenfinden, denn eine Partnerschaft ohne gemeinsames Fundament trägt niemanden weit. Drei Beispiele, wann das geschieht (fiktiv, anonymisiert): Un nostro no non è una svalutazione — è onestà. Präambel

Die Terra Humana Stiftung steht für eine Welt des Miteinanders, der Nachhaltigkeit und der regenerativen Entwicklung. Unsere Werte leiten unser Denken und Handeln — intern wie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern. Dieser Ethikcodex ist verbindliche Leitlinie für unsere tägliche Praxis.

  • Ohne weltanschauliche Übereinstimmung wird eine sachliche, praktikable Lösung im Sinne des gemeinsamen Projekts gefunden.
Unsere gemeinsame Wertebasis bleibt verbindlich: Integrität, Respekt, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Gewaltfreiheit (körperlich, sprachlich, psychologisch) und Gemeinwohlorientierung.

3 · Nachhaltigkeit und ökologische Verantwortung

3.1 Ressourcenschonung und Regeneration
  • Wir reduzieren unseren ökologischen Fußabdruck und nutzen regenerative Ressourcen.
  • Unsere Projekte geben der Umwelt mehr zurück, als sie entnehmen.
3.2 Kreislaufwirtschaft und Suffizienz
  • Wir setzen auf nachhaltige, kreislauforientierte Wirtschaftsmodelle.
  • Konsum und Produktion nach dem Prinzip der Suffizienz: weniger, aber besser.

  • Wir nutzen Technologie zum Wohle von Mensch und Natur.
  • Innovationen müssen ethischen Standards entsprechen und langfristige Nachhaltigkeit fördern.

4 · Konfliktlösung und ethische Entscheidungsfindung

4.1 Mediation und konstruktive Lösungen
  • Konflikte werden durch respektvolle, sachliche Dialoge und Mediation gelöst.
  • Wir begegnen Meinungsverschiedenheiten mit Empathie und beziehen alle Beteiligten ein.
4.2 Ethische Reflexion und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Wir überprüfen regelmäßig unser Handeln und passen Strategien an neue Erkenntnisse an.
  • Wir bleiben offen für Feedback und verbessern unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich.

5 · Kooperationskodex für weltanschaulich vielfältige Zusammenarbeit

5.1 Gemeinsames Ziel trotz unterschiedlicher Überzeugungen
  • Wir verpflichten uns zu einem gemeinsamen Ziel: positive gesellschaftliche, ökologische und menschliche Entwicklung.
  • Wir fokussieren auf gemeinsame Werte und Ergebnisse, nicht auf weltanschauliche Übereinstimmung.
5.2 Respekt für individuelle Überzeugungen
  • Jede Person hat das Recht auf ihre eigene Sichtweise — ohne Rechtfertigungsdruck oder Abwertung.
  • Wir setzen auf Dialogfähigkeit und Offenheit.
5.3 Verhalten statt Theorie: Wirkung zählt
  • Wir bewerten Menschen nach Verhalten, Zuverlässigkeit und Beitrag — nicht nach Weltanschauung.
  • Differenzen in Denkmodellen dürfen bestehen, solange die Zusammenarbeit respektvoll und lösungsorientiert bleibt.
5.4 Klare Grenzen und eigenverantwortlicher Umgang mit Spannungen
  • Jede Person darf sich zeitweise zurückziehen oder Gesprächsgrenzen setzen.
  • Solche Entscheidungen sind Ausdruck achtsamer Selbstverantwortung — kein persönlicher Angriff.
5.5 Keine Toleranz für spirituelle oder psychologische Manipulation
  • Modelle dürfen nicht dazu dienen, Verantwortung zu relativieren, Macht auszuüben oder andere für erlittenes Unrecht verantwortlich zu machen.
  • Die Verantwortung für eigene Handlungen bleibt bei der handelnden Person.

6 · Verpflichtung zur Einhaltung

Alle Mitglieder, Mitarbeiter und Partner der Terra Humana Stiftung verpflichten sich zur Einhaltung dieses Ethikcodex. Verstöße werden reflektiert, diskutiert und können zu Konsequenzen bis hin zur Beendigung von Kooperationen führen.

  • Apprezziamo la diversità come arricchimento per la nostra comunità.
1.2 Abbondanza e responsabilità sostenibile
  • Crediamo in un mondo dell'abbondanza — abbastanza per tutti, se le risorse sono usate consapevolmente.
  • Invece della mentalità della scarsità, promuoviamo cooperazione e sostegno reciproco.

2.5 Agire orientato all'obiettivo in caso di divergenze
  • Senza accordo sulla visione del mondo, si trova una soluzione pratica e oggettiva nell'interesse del progetto comune.
La nostra base valoriale comune resta vincolante: integrità, rispetto, senso di responsabilità, non violenza (fisica, verbale, psicologica) e orientamento al bene comune.

3 · Sostenibilità e responsabilità ecologica

3.1 Tutela e rigenerazione delle risorse
  • Riduciamo la nostra impronta ecologica e utilizziamo risorse rigenerative.
  • I nostri progetti restituiscono all'ambiente più di quanto prelevano.
3.2 Economia circolare e sufficienza
  • Puntiamo su modelli economici sostenibili e circolari.
  • Consumo e produzione secondo il principio della sufficienza: meno, ma meglio.
3.3 Responsabilità in tecnologia e innovazione
  • Usiamo la tecnologia per il bene dell'umanità e della natura.
  • Le innovazioni devono rispettare standard etici e promuovere la sostenibilità a lungo termine.

4 · Risoluzione dei conflitti e decisioni etiche

4.1 Mediazione e soluzioni costruttive
  • I conflitti si risolvono con dialoghi rispettosi e mediazione.
  • Affrontiamo le divergenze con empatia e coinvolgiamo tutte le parti.
4.2 Riflessione etica e miglioramento continuo
  • Verifichiamo regolarmente il nostro operato e adattiamo le strategie alle nuove conoscenze.
  • Restiamo aperti al feedback e miglioriamo continuamente i nostri processi.

5 · Codice di cooperazione per una collaborazione aperta a diverse visioni

5.1 Obiettivo comune nonostante convinzioni diverse
  • Ci impegniamo a un obiettivo comune: lo sviluppo sociale, ecologico e umano positivo.
  • Ci concentriamo su valori e risultati comuni, non sull'accordo ideologico.
5.2 Rispetto per le convinzioni individuali
  • Ogni persona ha diritto alla propria visione — senza pressione a giustificarsi o svalutazione.
  • Puntiamo su capacità di dialogo e apertura.
5.3 Comportamento invece di teoria: conta l'effetto
  • Valutiamo le persone per comportamento, affidabilità e contributo — non per visione del mondo.
  • Le differenze nei modelli di pensiero possono esistere, finché la collaborazione resta rispettosa e orientata alle soluzioni.
5.4 Confini chiari e gestione responsabile delle tensioni
  • Ogni persona può ritirarsi temporaneamente o porre limiti al dialogo.
  • Tali decisioni sono espressione di responsabilità consapevole — non un attacco personale.
5.5 Nessuna tolleranza per la manipolazione spirituale o psicologica
  • I modelli non devono servire a relativizzare la responsabilità, esercitare potere o incolpare altri di torti subiti.
  • La responsabilità delle proprie azioni resta in capo alla persona che agisce.

6 · Impegno al rispetto del Codice Etico

Tutti i soci, collaboratori e partner della Fondazione Terra Humana si impegnano a rispettare questo Codice Etico. Le violazioni vengono riflettute, discusse e possono comportare conseguenze fino alla cessazione delle collaborazioni.

  • All partnerships are based on mutual trust and clear agreements.
  • We value fair contracts, open communication and transparent financial structures.
2.3 Responsibility in economic relations
  • We support exclusively ethically justifiable ways of doing business.
  • Companies that violate human rights, environmental standards or social justice are excluded.
2.4 Shared value orientation despite different worldviews
  • We acknowledge that people interpret the world differently.
  • Decisive are integrity, respect, reliability and the Foundation's common goal.
  • We refrain from judgment, proselytizing or psychological interpretation — the focus is on behavior, contribution, cooperation.

  • Without agreement on worldview, a factual, practicable solution is found in the interest of the common project.

  • We reduce our ecological footprint and use regenerative resources.

  • Such decisions are an expression of mindful self-responsibility — not a personal attack.

6 · Commitment to upholding the Code of Ethics

All members, staff and partners of the Terra Humana Foundation commit to upholding this Code of Ethics. Violations are reflected upon, discussed and may lead to consequences up to the termination of cooperation.

Within 30 days you will have our answer — no matter what. If suitable, a personal conversation follows, then a written cooperation agreement (Memorandum of Understanding).
